Project Management

The aim of project management is the construction, maintenance and development of consortium structures that support and ensure the implementation and execution of subprojects. The project management will be responsible for the establishment of communication structures as well as quality assurance and risk management structures and will implement these structures in favour of the whole consortium. The project management contributes to create transparent and efficient structures and workflows. It supports – along with the coordinator – the networking and dissemination activities of the consortium to strengthen international connectivity and visibility of the HLCA network. This also includes close communication with the Scientific Advisory and Stakeholder Boards.
